Q : Is your physical store open for customer visits ?

Our customer and staff’s safety are of paramount for us. While we were accepting store visits on prior appointment confirmation but given the recent COVID surge – we have stopped all customer’s visit to the store. We hope to open as soon as it is safe for our customer and staff.  

We are currently operating Online only.

Q : Are there any stocks which are available in your physical stores but NOT present in your Online Store ?

Entire stock which is available in our physical store is ALSO available on our Online store.  

Q : Is there any payment mode restriction while placing orders online ?

Due to COVID situation, we have temporarily disabled Cash-On-Delivery order. This is for our customer and delivery partner safety.  We fully realize that many customers would want to avail this mode of payment and several other stores are offering it, but safety of our customers and partners is of utmost importance to us.  We appreciate your understanding and patience on this.

Q : Is there any International shipping restriction while placing orders online ?

Currently we don’t have any restriction on International shipping.  We ship via Fedex/DHL and other premium courier partners.

Q : Is there any Domestic (India) shipping restriction while placing orders online ?

Due to COVID situation, we will have to adapt and react to local government’s restriction. Q : What happens if the shipping restriction happens after the order is placed ?

We take utmost care before shipping the order. We check the serviceability of the PINCODE before shipping out.  In the unforeseen circumstances of shipping restriction after order is shipped, the package is returned to our store. We will attempt the delivery once the restrictions are lifted.   Customers would be updated via email on the status of their order and will have option to cancel the order.

 Q : What precautions are taken while shipping and delivery of the order ?

Our warehouse is regularly sanitized and is COVID safe.  We DO NOT allow any one apart from our staff to enter our premises. All the orders are packaged & picked up following COVID safety protocols.  We use premium delivery partners for all our deliveries. We strongly recommend our customer to keep 2 meter distance while waiting to collect your package.
